Robotics is proud to announce ROBONOVA-I. This exciting humanoid robot offers educators, students and robotic hobbyists a complete robot package.The stable ROBONOVA-I can walk, run, do flips, cartwheels, dance moves and once programmed, is ready to compete in any Robo One Class “J” competition.
You may purchase your RoboNova from us one of two ways, as a kit, so you can enjoy building your robot yourself, or as a pre- assembled, “RTW”, “ready to walk” instant gratification robot. The kit version may be assembled in 6 to 8 hours using only a screwdriver.
This fully articulating, 12" high, mechanical man is controlled with 16 powerful HSR-8498HB digital servos built specifically for the ROBONOVA-I by Hitec. These custom servos feature “set pin” locking of the servo arms for easy assembly, over-voltage current protection, super strong Karbonite gear trains and “feedback” technology for simple programming.
The control board is the heart of the ROBONOVA-I. Secured to the back of the robot under a strong plastic case, the control board can operate up to 24 servos and 16 accessory modules. Optional devices will eventually include gyro's, acceleration sensors, speech synthesis modules and operational devices such as Bluetooth controllers and R/C transmitters and receivers.
This flexible and sophisticated interface allows the user to customize ROBONOVA-I into the robot of their dreams.
The Megarobtoics HUMANODIS
MGR-R201 
is a fully assembled Humanoid Robot constructed using AI1001 modules.
The MCU used on the MGR-R201 is an ATMEL ATmega128 and may be programmed with AVR Studio. AVR Studio is not supplied with the MGR-R201 but may currently be downloaded from Atmel.
MGR-R201 includes:

Bioloid - Robotic Construction Kit 
The Bioloid Kit from Robotis is the first robotic kit based around "smart serially controlled servos" that allows the user to build multiple types of robots. As well as great hardware the GUI based software is freeware, i.e. educational institutions can install the software on multiple PC's. This kit is exceptional value and is ideally suited for hobbyists, schools & universities

FUTABA HUMANOIDS
Futaba RBT-1 Human Robot
Already assembled and equipped, the Futaba robot needs only one more component to be complete: You to give the orders. You'll use the included, game-style controller to execute pre-programmed routines or those you program yourself with the supplied Motion Editor for your Windows¨ PC. The robot's 20 servos Ð four more than similar 'bots Ð are directed by FASST 2.4GHz radio signals rather than "TV remote" IR technology. The electronics for its flexible 16-channel operation (and a rechargeable, high-capacity, 7.4V Lithium Polymer battery) are located in the torso for easy access. LED "eyes" add to the humanoid appearance Ð and a self-righting function makes sure Futaba's robot never lays down on the job.

Hykim is one of the world's most advanced commercially available robots. Hykim was originally designed in response to RoboCup's call for a Standard Robotic Platform, information on our proposals (July 2007) can be viewed here.
